This Learning Agreement sets out what a student, parent and I each commit to during a FutureBridge Academy programme.
Attend sessions on time, engage honestly with the work, complete agreed tasks between sessions, and ask questions when I am unsure.
Support a calm study environment, read the progress notes shared after sessions, and communicate concerns early rather than letting them build up.
Prepare fully for every session, provide clear plans and honest feedback, protect the student's confidence, and treat every family with respect.
We will review this agreement informally every half term to make sure it is still working for everyone involved.
