Learning Assessments are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, a full refund will be issued.
Programme fees are refundable pro-rata for any sessions not yet delivered, minus a small administrative fee, provided cancellation is confirmed in writing.
Sessions missed without at least 24 hours' notice are not refundable.
Please email hello@futurebridgeacademy.co.uk from the email address used for booking. Refunds are processed within 14 days back to the original payment method.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
