I am Rajiv Thapa, trading as FutureBridge Academy. I am the sole data controller for personal information collected via this website and my services. You can reach me at hello@futurebridgeacademy.co.uk.
Contact details you provide via my enquiry form (name, email, phone, student age, subject and message), payment confirmation data from Stripe, and basic technical data such as pages visited.
To respond to enquiries, deliver booked sessions, issue receipts, keep required financial records and meet legal obligations. I do not sell your data.
I rely on legitimate interest to respond to enquiries, contract necessity to deliver paid services, and legal obligation to keep tax and financial records.
Payments are processed directly by Stripe. I never see or store full card details. Please see Stripe's own privacy notice for details of their processing.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. Records of paid services and financial data are kept for at least 6 years to meet HMRC requirements.
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise a right, email me at the address above.
