By booking a session or purchasing a programme from FutureBridge Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The service is provided by Rajiv Thapa, an independent sole trader in the UK.
All services listed on this website are delivered personally by Rajiv Thapa. Session content, timing and pace are agreed with you in advance and adapted to the student's needs.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received via Stripe. Prices shown on the Services page are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be forfeited at my discretion.

Students are expected to attend sessions on time and prepared. See my Attendance Policy for details.
I reserve the right to end a session or programme if a student or parent behaves in a manner that is abusive, unsafe or otherwise incompatible with a productive learning environment.
All materials I share — plans, notes, worksheets — remain my intellectual property and are provided for the personal educational use of the paying student only.
I take my professional responsibilities seriously but cannot guarantee specific academic outcomes. My liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
